Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with EU law, customers have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without the need to provide any reason.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.

If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, all shipping costs will be covered by the store.

If the return is due to withdrawal (change of mind), return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
